Terms of Service

Plain English summary: AIXPORT is a self-service tool. You own your data. We process it and delete it. Each payment covers one job. Output files expire after 90 days. Don't upload data you don't have the right to process.

1. Agreement

By using AIXPORT.AI ("AIXPORT", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and organizations.

2. What AIXPORT does

AIXPORT is a self-service data portability platform. You upload an AI export file, AIXPORT processes it using automated AI analysis, and you download a structured continuity pack. No human intervention is involved in processing your data.

3. Your data and ownership

You retain full ownership of your data at all times
By uploading a file, you grant AIXPORT a limited, temporary license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your output
This license terminates when your output file expires (90 days after job completion) or when you request deletion
AIXPORT does not acquire any rights to your conversation content, project data, or personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the Service

4. What you may upload

You may only upload files:

That you own or have explicit rights to process
That do not contain data belonging to others without their consent
That do not contain illegal content of any kind
That are genuine AI platform exports — not modified, fabricated, or injected files

Uploading data belonging to others without authorization, or using AIXPORT to process confidential business data in violation of employment agreements or NDAs, is your responsibility and is prohibited.

5. Payments and refunds

Each payment covers one transfer job. Payment is required before processing begins (except where free mode is active).
Payments are processed by Stripe. AIXPORT never stores your payment details.
Jobs that fail due to a technical error on our side are eligible for a full refund or re-run — contact us within 7 days.
Jobs that fail because your file is corrupt, unsupported, or not a valid AI export are not eligible for refund.
Completed jobs where you have successfully downloaded your output are not eligible for refund.
Loyalty discounts (10%/15%/20% on repeat jobs) are applied automatically and cannot be combined with other offers.

6. Output file retention

Your output pack is available for download for 90 days after your job completes. After 90 days, the file is permanently and automatically deleted. AIXPORT is not responsible for data loss resulting from failure to download before expiry. You will be notified of the expiry date in your job completion email.

7. Service availability

AIXPORT is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency work that temporarily affects the Service. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not:

Use AIXPORT to process data belonging to others without authorization
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs
Upload files containing malware, exploits, or intentionally malformed data
Use AIXPORT for any unlawful purpose
Resell or redistribute AIXPORT outputs as your own product without written permission
Circumvent payment systems or abuse free-mode access codes

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIXPORT is not liable for: loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of AIXPORT shall not exceed the amount you paid for the job giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the output will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — review all outputs before relying on them.

11. Intellectual property

The AIXPORT platform, interface, and software are owned by AIXPORT.AI and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform itself. Output files generated from your own data belong to you.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for unused services unless required by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collier County, Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
