Who we are

AIXPORT.AI ("AIXPORT", "we", "us") is a self-service data portability platform based in Naples, Florida. We help users transfer their AI conversation history and project data between AI platforms. Contact: admin@aixport.ai

What data we collect

When you use AIXPORT, we collect:

• Your AI export file (uploaded ZIP) — processed and then deleted
• Email address (optional — only if you choose to provide it for job notifications)
• Job metadata — file size, source/target AI, processing timestamps, status
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Basic usage logs — request timestamps, error events, processing duration

We do not collect: your name, location, device fingerprint, or any tracking cookies beyond what Cloudflare sets for security purposes.

How your export file is handled

• Your ZIP is uploaded directly to Cloudflare R2 object storage under a random UUID key
• Processing is fully automated — no AIXPORT employee reads your conversations
• The AI analysis is performed via Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models by default.
• Your input file is permanently deleted immediately after processing completes
• Your output pack (the continuity ZIP) is available for download for 90 days, then automatically and permanently deleted
• We do not retain copies of your conversations after your output expires

Data retention summary

• Input ZIP file — deleted immediately after processing
• Output ZIP file — deleted 90 days after job completion
• Job metadata (status, size, timestamps) — retained for up to 1 year for support and billing purposes
• Payment records — retained as required by applicable law (typically 7 years)
• Email address — retained while your account is active; deleted on request

Infrastructure and sub-processors

Your data passes through these services as part of normal processing:

• Cloudflare — hosting, Workers compute, R2 storage, DDoS protection. Data stored in Cloudflare's US data centers.
• Anthropic — Claude AI API used for conversation analysis and synthesis. API usage is covered by Anthropic's API Terms and Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — payment processing. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never reaches AIXPORT servers.
• Resend — transactional email (job complete notifications). Only the recipient email and job status are shared.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data to any third party
• We do not use your conversation content for advertising
• We do not train any AI models on your data
• We do not share your conversations with any party beyond what is listed above
• We do not retain your input files after processing

Security

Files are stored with Cloudflare R2, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. Access to stored files is restricted to the processing pipeline via scoped API credentials. Job output files are served via authenticated download links tied to your job ID.

We do not offer end-to-end encryption of file content at this time. If you have strict data handling requirements, contact us before uploading sensitive data.

Your rights

You may request at any time:

• Deletion of your output file before the 90-day expiry
• Confirmation of what data we hold about you
• Removal of your email address from our records

To exercise these rights, email admin@aixport.ai with your Job ID. We will respond within 5 business days.

Cookies and tracking

AIXPORT does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use a single session cookie for site access control. Cloudflare may set security cookies as part of its DDoS protection and bot management services.

Children

AIXPORT is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us at admin@aixport.ai.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of AIXPORT after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
